Terms and Conditions for CellZnation

Welcome to CellZnation, a phone flipping service. By using our services, you (the “customer” or “you”) agree to abide by the following terms and conditions (“Agreement”). This includes giving your consent for text message communications as outlined in the Text Message Consent section below. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

  1. Services Provided
    CellZnation offers the following services related to mobile devices:

Buying Devices: We purchase new, used, and refurbished mobile phones and devices for resale or refurbishment.
Selling Devices: We sell new and refurbished mobile phones to customers.
Device Trade-Ins: We accept trade-ins of your used phones in exchange for cash or store credit.
Repairs and Refurbishment: We offer phone repair and refurbishment services.

  1. Eligibility
    To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you are under 18, you must obtain parental or guardian approval before engaging in transactions.
  2. Payment Terms
    For Selling Devices to CellZnation: We will provide an offer for your device based on its condition. If you accept the offer, payment will be made via [PayPal, bank transfer, check, etc.] once the device is received and inspected.
    For Purchasing Devices from CellZnation: Payment for devices purchased from CellZnation is due in full at the time of purchase, either online or in person.
    For Device Trade-Ins: When you trade in a device, we will provide a cash or store credit offer. The payment will be issued once we receive and evaluate the device.
  3. Device Condition
    By selling, trading, or submitting a device to CellZnation, you represent and warrant that:

The device is fully owned by you and free from any liens, third-party claims, or legal encumbrances.
The device is not stolen, lost, or otherwise obtained illegally.
You have accurately described the device’s condition, including operational status and any physical or functional defects.
If a device is found to be in a different condition than stated, we reserve the right to revise the offer or refuse the device.

  1. Shipping and Delivery
    For Selling or Trading Devices: You are responsible for shipping devices to us. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. Shipping costs are typically borne by the seller unless otherwise agreed.
    For Purchases: CellZnation will ship purchased devices to the address you provide at checkout. Shipping costs will be calculated and added to your order unless otherwise stated.
  2. Returns and Refunds
    For Devices Sold to CellZnation: Once we have made payment for a device, the transaction is final, and no refunds will be issued unless the device was not as described (e.g., not functional, missing parts).
    For Devices Purchased from CellZnation: We offer a [X-day] return policy on all devices purchased. The device must be in its original condition, with no signs of misuse, damage, or alteration. The return request must be submitted within [X] days of receipt of the device. A restocking fee may apply based on the condition of the device.
    Note: The return policy does not cover damage caused by misuse, water damage, or accidental damage.
  3. Warranties
    For Devices Sold by CellZnation: We provide a limited warranty on all refurbished devices for a period of [X] days or months. This warranty covers defects in material or workmanship but does not cover damages resulting from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.

  4. Customer Responsibilities
    Data Backup: Before selling, trading, or shipping a device to us, you are responsible for backing up all personal data (photos, contacts, apps, etc.) and for wiping all personal information from the device. CellZnation is not responsible for any data loss or privacy concerns.
    Accurate Information: You must provide accurate details regarding the condition of your device. If the device is found to differ significantly from what was described (e.g., damaged or non-functional), we reserve the right to adjust the offer or refuse the device.
  5. Privacy and Data Protection
    We are committed to safeguarding your privacy. Any personal information you provide will be handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy]. By using our services, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
  6. Limitation of Liability

    In case of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through direct communication. Opt-Out: If you wish to stop receiving text messages, you can opt-out at any time by replying with “STOP” to any text message from us. After opting out, you will no longer receive marketing-related text messages. However, you may still receive transactional messages related to your order or support requests.
Message Frequency and Charges: Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier. Please check with your mobile service provider for details on potential charges.

    CellZnation reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. You are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to stay informed about any changes.
